Frost Buddy Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
SWATH LLC, doing business as SWATH Branded Goods, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Contact: connect@swathbranded.com, 319-214-0322.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The giveaway begins at 5:00 PM Central Time on Monday, October 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on Friday, October 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted. The Sponsor’s clock is the official clock.
4. How to enter
Entries are accepted on the SWATH Branded Goods accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X during the Entry Period.
Facebook: leave a comment on the official giveaway entry post.
Instagram: follow the SWATH Branded Goods account and leave a comment on the official giveaway entry post.
LinkedIn: leave a comment on the official giveaway entry post on the SWATH Branded Goods company page.
X: reply to the official giveaway entry post.
One (1) entry per person per platform. Entries from all platforms are combined into a single drawing, so a person who enters on more than one platform receives one entry for each platform entered.
Bonus entries:
Tagging one friend in your entry comment earns one (1) bonus entry on that platform. One bonus per person per platform, regardless of how many people are tagged.
Maximum of eight (8) entries per person. Comments on any other post, including reminder posts, do not count as entries. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated beyond the limits above, or generated by automated means are void. Sharing a post or tagging yourself in a photo is not required and does not count as an entry.
5. Prizes
Six (6) winners total.
One (1) Grand Prize: one SWATH shield Frost Buddy Universal Buddy 2.0 plus one custom piece decorated with the winner’s logo, chosen by the winner from the following: Skullcandy Icon 180 Bluetooth headphones, elleven Amped TSA 17” computer backpack, Arctic Zone Titan Deep Freeze speaker cooler, Bellroy Tech Kit, High Sierra solar fast wireless power bank, nutribullet portable blender, or Corzo Cup 12 oz 4-in-1 gift set. Approximate retail value: up to $200 depending on the piece selected. Decoration is included. The Grand Prize winner must supply logo artwork within fourteen (14) days of notification; artwork must be suitable for decoration on the selected piece, and the Sponsor may work with the winner on placement and sizing.
Two (2) Runner-Up Prizes: one SWATH shield Frost Buddy Universal Buddy 2.0 plus one SWATH premium notebook. Approximate retail value: $65 each.
Three (3) Frost Buddy Prizes: one SWATH shield Frost Buddy Universal Buddy 2.0. Approximate retail value: $40 each.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: about $450. One prize per person. Prizes are awarded as is, with no cash substitution. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable. Any taxes on a prize are the winner’s responsibility. Prizes ship only to addresses in the United States.
6. Winner selection and notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries across all platforms within five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by direct message or reply on the platform where the winning entry was made. A winner must respond with a shipping address within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If a winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. Shipping addresses are collected by direct message only and are never requested in a public comment.
Winners may also be announced publicly on the SWATH Branded Goods accounts and in SWATH video content after they have been confirmed.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, and, for the Grand Prize, the winner’s company name and images of the finished custom piece, in SWATH promotional material without further compensation.
8. Platform release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn, or X. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and X from any and all liability connected with this promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
9. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control affects the integrity of the promotion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical problems with the platforms used. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
